Note: I do not wish my binding of this book to, in any way, signal that I agree with the views of the author on biological essentialism or trans rights. This book was a favorite transhumanist story of mine for years when I was younger and before I was aware of his stance. I am highly distressed to find out about the Authors views. I bound this book out of nostalgia and the idea I had for the cover. I do not support the author in any way.
A rebinding of a paperback of Altered Carbon. Double-fan perfect binding with built in strengthening. Standard case bound in matt black paper with Hot Foil red text for effect. There were a few measurement mistakes with this book that resulted in the front text block being off-center to the right. It’s a shame but I think the final effect is still worth sharing.
